This policy describes how Huegel Lending Group / Pete Huegel (NMLS #242395), providing mortgage services through Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C. Information we collect
When you send a message, request the buyer guide or ask for an agent match, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, preferred areas, property use, first-time buyer status, price range, timeline, notes and your consent choices. We also record the form submitted, the time and the page it came from.
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device details and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Please don’t enter Social Security numbers, account numbers or financial documents in website forms. Pete will send a secure link for documents.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, send information you request and discuss mortgage options.
- To introduce you to a real estate agent when you ask. We share your details with an agent only with your consent.
- To understand how people find and use the site, keep it secure and meet legal obligations.
- To contact you by the methods you provide. Automated calls and texts require the consent described on the form, and that consent is never a condition of purchase.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Service providers and outside links
The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions on our behalf. Booking links open Calendly. Rate, calculator, credit, home value and Loan Estimate tools, along with home search and Home AI, are provided by Broker Marketplace. Information you enter on those services is handled under their own privacy policies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand site traffic, measure which pages lead to inquiries and show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tools can collect information like pages viewed, device and browser details and an identifier stored in a cookie. We do not send the contents of forms, or your name, email or phone number, to these tools.
Under some state laws, including California’s, allowing advertising partners to collect this information can be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices, including opting out of sharing
You can opt out of analytics and advertising tools on this site at any time with the button below. Your choice is saved in this browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
